Habenaria bractescens 'Needmore'

Division of a prolific culivar - this is a species native to Argentina, from Eduardo Alberto Flachsland. Extremely fragrant.  

NOTE - These are not beginner plants, and do not have a distinct dormancy period in cultivation. The new tubers develop at the bottom of the pot and begin to grow before the original growths die back. Best to unpot early, before new growth reaches the surface. Grows with more moisture than other Habenaria, can be grown in a saucer of water, however I find overpotting and using layers of coarse on the bottom to fine medium on the top works fine in my conditions.
